- Put items in the cart by clicking the "order" button.
- Click "shopping cart" to see what you already have in your shopping cart. In the cart view you can change the quantity, remove items from the shopping cart or proceed to place the order
- If you have everything in the cart as you want please proceed to place the order. In case you haven't yet registered a customer account it's now the time to complete your invoice details. You only have to do that once: your data will be stored so that future purchases will be more convenient.
- Deliver adress: you may want to get goods delivered to another address. You can create multiple delivery addresses.
- Way of delivery: depening on delivery address and weight of products in the shopping cart our webshop will display the available shipping options + shipping cost. In case there is no delivery option for your address/cart please contact us per Email! We will find a solution.
- Way of payment
- Final check and notices: Once you have gone through all steps you will see a summary of your order - plesae check everything carefully to avoid mistakes. To confirm the order you have to read and confirm our general terms of business: we recommend to print them out so that it's easier to read them.
- Send order. Once you send the order we will be notified about it per email.
- A copy of this email is also sent to you. This Email is not yet an order confirmation but only a notice that the order was placed by you. Legally the sales contract is concluded when we either send you the goods or we send you a formal "order confirmation" or when we send you an email saying that the status of your order is "confirmed".
Legally the maximum delivery time is 30 days - but in fact most orders can be shipped out within 1 or 2 days after receipt of payment. If goods cannot be delivered at short notice we will get in touch with you.
You can log in with your user name and password anytime to see your orders and their current status.
